2: Verification of credentials
Verification of credentials is a one-time process, explicitly on the first order placed. we complete order manually and deliver track, it might take up to 24 hours for one to receive the download link(s) on their registered mail address. However, if the order is placed on non-working days then it will take approximately 36 to 48 hours for verification of your credentials and deliver the link. Please Note: Sundays & National Holidays.! not counted as working days.
3. Refunds for Digital Products
Due to the digital nature of our products, which include downloadable karaoke tracks, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
1. if you have mistakenly purchased a karaoke track, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

- Unplayed/Unused Content: The track must not have been played or download. Refunds will not be granted if the track has been downloaded, played, or used in any way.

- Verification: We will verify that the track in question was purchased more than once. Refunds will only be processed for the duplicate purchases but not in cash. In case of a genuine claim is raised, then a refund worth the same amount in the form of a coupon is provided. then you can purchase a different track by using that coupon code.
4. Sample track
A sample for judging the audio quality of the full-length karaoke is present for each product on the website to judge the quality of the karaoke, in case any product dont have simple attached you may request us for sample before purchase.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
Errors: If you receive a product different from what was purchased (e.g., wrong file or track) please contact our customer support team at [[email protected]] within 1 days of purchase with detailed information about the issue. our support team will check this out and fix the issue in-case we unable to fix the issue we will released the full refund.
